What
is Think Tank?
When people
play a game they tend to participate naturally. That reality establishes
a wonderful platform to educate players about problem solving, team
dynamics, personal style, and innovative thinking. THINK TANK enables
players to learn a method to address a problem in its entirety,
as well as dissect its components. Players creatively respond to
a series of questions to examine the problem, and have fun in the
meanwhile.
Initially participants
play THINK TANK using generic game-created problems. They learn
idea-generation and evaluation tools, the game's process, and how
to collaborate. The experience is debriefed in detail to explore
what occurred, why and how to proceed in the future. Next, teams
use the learning to work on organization-specific problems.
What
Are the Benefits of Think Tank? Players:
- Learn a methodology
and tools for problem solving
- Engage in
innovative thinking
- Assess how
personal style impacts problem solving
- See how team
dynamics operates and influences output
- Increase
skills to work collaboratively with colleagues
